Our materials are designed for practice and readiness. We do not claim that any question is from an official exam unless it is explicitly identified as such from a permitted source.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share paid access, scrape the platform, reverse engineer content, or attempt to disrupt service.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use FirefighterHire only for lawful firefighter hiring preparation, education, and personal study.

FirefighterHire can help you practice, identify weak areas, and track readiness, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, receive an interview, be hired, or meet a department's eligibility requirements.

Always verify current requirements, dates, scoring rules, CPAT requirements, background standards, and application instructions with the relevant agency or testing provider.

Paid plans provide access to FirefighterHire study features for the purchased access window or lifetime access when that option is selected. A 7-day full-access trial may be offered when creating an account.

Prices, features, and promotional offers may change. If a payment provider is used, checkout and payment processing are handled by that provider under its own terms.

FirefighterHire content, diagrams, interfaces, and study materials are owned by FirefighterHire or its licensors. You may use them for personal study, but you may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute them without permission.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
